Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, Kev’s focus is on building relationships and making sure you always feel supported.
Family and Community First
Kev is a proud family man who spends the weekends doing a variety of sports with his children. What little time he has to himself he plays numerous sports (badly), tending to his allotment and outdoor cooking. He understands what it means to look after a home and the responsibilities that come with it. That same sense of care runs through everything we do at TLC.
He’s also a big believer in community. Over the years Kev has founded and run community sports teams and groups, lead youth training at a local cricket club and got stuck into plenty of local activities. It’s this team spirit and local connection that give TLC Property its friendly, down-to-earth feel.

When he’s not at the office, you’ll often find Kev at his allotment, growing fruit and veg. It’s a hobby that sums him up perfectly: patient, practical and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Jackie has worked at TLC since early 2014 coming from a background in transport. She predominantly deals with processing accounts for the business as well as helping out with tenancy applications and a variety of letting related matters when needed. When not at work Jackie enjoys socialising with friends, watching local bands in live music venues and is an avid fan of Jon Bon Jovi.
Tracy has been a part of the team since November 2017, she worked with children for many years but decided wanted a new challenge and direction so chose Lettings and soon became an integral part of the team. Tracy is normally the first point of contact for the tenants as she completes the majority of viewings and routine home visits, which has enabled her to build up good relationships with the tenants.
In Tracy's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Tracy has been a lifelong fan of rock music and seen many bands over the years, with her favourite being Hollywood Vampires this is mostly because it includes Johnny Depp.
